In Nassau textile urbanization, with elevator, garden areas, and community pool for adults and children. Bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away, and a large supermarket 5 minutes away by car.
IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 25 kWh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Pets and groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
