This house is located in the agricultural area between Torroella de Montgrí and l'Estartit surrounded by fields of fruit trees. It has a large plot of more than 5000 m² fully fenced and a private pool.
The interior of the house is decorated in rustic style. On the ground floor there is a large hall, a bathroom, a living room with fireplace, kitchen with access to a large porch for meals outdoors.
On the first floor there is a large distributor, a bathroom with shower and 4 double bedrooms.
An ideal house to enjoy the nature, to make excursions in bicycle and to relax under a pine of the garden.
Sheets are included in the price. You can also add towels to your booking (4 € for person)
