The fully equipped kitchen, full of details, is a true delight, with state-of-the-art appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee makers, Italian and capsule coffee makers, toaster and portable mini vacuum cleaner. In addition, it has a refrigerator, freezer and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your meals.
The apartment offers centralised air conditioning for all rooms and heat pump heating to guarantee your comfort in any season of the year. A 55" TV in the living room with a sound bar and connected console and two more TVs in the double bedrooms with WiFi connection to keep all guests entertained
It has a covered parking space in the same building and the community pool open during the season. Get close to the beach located right in front of the apartment with the sunbed and beach chairs available. Come and enjoy your holidays with all the details available

It has an elevator, an 8 m² terrace (some glazed), iron, garden, children's area, tennis court and swimming pool in a communal area. Air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in some units and television. Ocean view is available only in some units
The independent kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, vitro, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.
