Building of private apartments for rent. There is no reception in the building. Our rental office is located 200 meters from the building in the ground floor of tower 1 of the San Francisco building in Av / Europa, 23 corner with C / Esperanto).

The apartment, located on the Levante beach in Benidorm has 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room with a maximum capacity for 4 people.

Accommodation of 48 m² comfortable, with sea views (upper floors).

Located 450 m "Playa Levante", 150 m from the supermarket, 50 m from a bus stop, 50 km from the airport "Alicante - El Altet", 5 km from the golf course, 8 km "El Albir" and is located in a lively area and in the town centre.

Very close to the nightlife areas and the downtown area (old town). Ideal for a holiday or long stays in winter.

The apartments have towels and sheets and are delivered clean at the entrance. They have a complete bathroom, living room, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, kitchen with gallery and a large terrace (most of them glazed), there is an iron for the apartment (ask for it in our office). In winter there is an electric radiator.

The kitchen is electric, has 2 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker and refrigerator with independent freezer, washing machine and electric water heater for hot water. It has a kitchenware, dishes and cutlery normal for up to 4 people.

The building has 2 elevators, swimming pool, surrounded by grass (the swimming pool is in operation from June 15 to September 15, except breakdown or vandalism).

There is a communal car park in the building, with no guaranteed space for each apartment.

There is also a private parking space for rent in nearby buildings - see optional extras when booking.

Optional services (for a fee) are available in the apartment: Television, Wifi, safe deposit box, international channels (through the wifi service). See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights stay of customers).

Apartments Alhambra is an ideal place to spend your holidays, as it has close supermarket, an area of restaurants and bars, is very close to the Levante beach and the center of Benidorm and has a very quick link to the road and motorway so the ability to go on excursion to neighboring villages in a fast and comfortable.

Close to all amenities ie supermarkets,restaurants,bars there are 3 lifts, it has everything you need cooker,washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster,fridge I would stay here again. I would like to thank the lovely girls at the fincasarena for all their help as I was a solo traveller as my mum had been rushed into hospital while on holiday with her friends, their help and understanding was wonderful x

The only thing with the apartment was it is very dated bathroom and furniture but all functional

Casi todo, aunque faltaban piezas de menaje y nos lo repusieron sin problema así como alguna bombilla. Aunque estas cosas deberían revisarlas antes de entregar el apartamento.

Aunque el calor que hizo fue excepcional no estaría mal que el apartamento dispusiera de ventiladores de techo o aire acondicionado porque si abres todas las ventanas del apartamento hay demasiada corriente y no se puede dormir.

segun llegamos tuvimos problemas con el agua y con los colchones. A los 15min. nos vinieron a arreglar el agua y esa misma tarde teniamos colchones y somier nuevos

quiza el acondicionar el piso para las temperaturas de la epoca estival y el aislar las ventanas por el ruido nocturno de la ciudad.
