The furnished terrace is the heart of this home, offering sea views that will make every moment special. From here you can enjoy the solarium and breathe in the sea breeze whilst sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The seating area with sofa invites relaxation and togetherness.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. It includes all the crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils so you can enjoy preparing your favourite meals.

Open-air parking in the same building is available at no additional cost, although without a guaranteed space. A car is not necessary thanks to the excellent location: just 100 metres from the beautiful Levante Beach, 100 metres from the urban bus stop, 200 metres from the supermarket and with easy access to all amenities.

Enjoy the shared community pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days. Pets are allowed upon request and with our prior approval (up to 2 and incur a supplement), allowing the whole family to come. The apartment is completely on a single floor, facilitating access for people with reduced mobility.

The location is ideal for families: by the sea, in a quiet area but with everything you need at hand. 6 km away you will find a golf course, 8 km away the spectacular rocky beaches of El Albir, and 50 km away Alicante airport. Airport transfer service is available for an additional fee.
