The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance. In winter they have an electric radiator.

The kitchen is electric, it has 2 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker and refrigerator with independent freezer, washing machine and electric water heater for hot water. It has normal kitchenware, plates and cutlery for up to 4 people.

The building has 2 elevators, a large 8-shaped pool with a small children's pool, surrounded by grass (the pool is in operation all year round, unless there is a breakdown or vandalism), a tennis court and a children's play area.

Apartment was spacious and met all our needs

Anti slip mat in bath as was slippy in bath when taking shower. When supplying fresh towels and sheets would have been good if beds had been made up instead we came back to stripped beds and blankets and covers in a heap in one of the beds and had to do ourselves. Fortunately we were able to do this but possibly some people would have found it difficult.

En estos tiempos el WiFi está incorporado a la vida diaria. No habría que solicitarlo y cobrarlo por aparte. Debería ser como tener la heladera o la cocina en el departamento
El aire acondicionado igual, sabiendo además cómo se presentaban las temperaturas en este verano.
Es burocrático estar solicitando estás dos cosas esenciales por separado, un tiempo perdido en la inmobiliaria y un recargo de trabajo en una temporada con mucho movimiento.
Unos jabones y shampu para dos días no estaría mal.

Son detalles que cuidamos para que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible.

También le agradecemos sus sugerencias de mejora. Hemos trasladado al propietario sus comentarios sobre los colchones, así como su propuesta de incorporar el WiFi y el aire acondicionado como servicios incluidos y facilitar un pequeño kit de bienvenida con jabón y champú para los primeros días. Creemos que las opiniones de nuestros clientes son fundamentales para seguir mejorando.

Nos gustaría comentar únicamente un aspecto sobre los servicios opcionales. El precio de su estancia fue de aproximadamente 62 € por noche para un apartamento con capacidad de hasta 4 personas, una tarifa muy ajustada para la temporada. En ese importe se incluyen, entre otros servicios, la gestión de la reserva, la atención de nuestro equipo antes y durante la estancia, la entrega y recogida de llaves, la limpieza final, la ropa de cama y toallas, el mantenimiento del apartamento y el servicio de asistencia ante cualquier incidencia.

En algunos apartamentos, servicios como el WiFi o el aire acondicionado se ofrecen de forma opcional porque dependen de la decisión de cada propietario. De esta manera, quienes no los necesitan pueden beneficiarse de un precio de alojamiento más económico, mientras que quienes desean utilizarlos tienen la posibilidad de contratarlos.

En cualquier caso, entendemos perfectamente su punto de vista y compartimos que cada vez son servicios más demandados por los viajeros. Por ello, hemos hecho llegar su sugerencia al propietario para que pueda valorar su inclusión en futuras temporadas.

Zona tranquila y no excesivamente alejada. Benidorm nos encanta.
Problemas que surgieron se solventaron con la debida celeridad, atención muy correcta y profesional, ayudando para un acceso rápido al apartamento.
Una pena que se hubiera cerrado la piscina por obras, pero bueno era un extra e impredecible.
Repetiremos sin duda en éste u otro alojamiento gestionado por fincas arena, me dan seguridad.

Convendría aumentar algo el menaje (vasos y cubiertos), y aunque no afecta mucho a la estancia sería positivo por imagen pegar los azulejos caídos en la terraza y reponer el estante de espejo de baño. En general muy positivo todo.

Absolutamente todo . Para empezar el personal de fincas Arena. Tanto en el momento de la llegada que facilitaron todo, como en dos de la salida del apartamento que nos permitieron dejar la maleta.

Très belle appartement, près de tout commerces, vue sur mer et montagne. Stationnement sur place gratuit. Kilomètre de la ville historique et de la mer. Un accueil chaleureux et bien veillant en français. Merci à Monsieur Sanz et son équipe.

Estuvimos alojados 4 personas, desde el 26 de Junio 2022 hasta el 13 de julio 2022. El apartamento excelente con unas vistas privilegiadas a Benidorm, y su cantidad de edificios y sus vistas a la piscina, a 10 minutos andando está la playa de Ponien

Que aumentarán las horas del cierre de la piscina hasta las 21:00 ya que la cierran a las 20:00

Corriente de aire, porque las ventanas dan a distintos lados de la casa. Es espaciosa. Zona tranquila, aunque un poco lejana.

Aire acondicionado deficiente, ya que no llega a la sala. Al no haber toldos, las ventanas se calientan mucho y recalientan la sala. En el baño, no hay ninguna balda para colocar los productos de aseo.

Pero la puerta del baño no cerraba esta abombadapor agua y es un poco incomodo habría también que siliconar el fregadero lo demás ok

Le bruit des voisins au dessus de l´appartement tout les jours jusque minuit voir 1 heure ou 2 heures du matin impossible de ce reposer. Entre les enfants qui court et les chiens qui hurlent la musique dommage car nous sommes venu pour nous repose

Estimados clientes, gracias por su valoración y comentarios

la hora de entrada y salida es debido al tiempo que necesitamos para preparar los apartamentos, no obstante siempre que el día de entrada el apartamento esta listo, entregamos las llaves sin problema cuando los clientes llegan. En verano es mas complicado pero aun asi la mayoría están listos a la hora de comer.

En temporada baja no suele haber esos problema y casi siempre se puede entrar como mucho a mediodia.
