It is located 50 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 200 m from the supermarket, 600 m from the "Playa Levante" sandy beach, 2 km from the "Estacion d autobuses" bus station, 5 km from the Golf course, 8 km from the "El Albir" rocky beach, 38 km from the "Alicante" train station, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport and is located in a lively area close to shops and restaurants.
It has a lift, garden, terrace, ironing board, heating with heat pump, communal swimming pool during summer season (15/6 - 15/9), included wifi, air conditioning in the lounge available as an optional paid service.
