Cuando es posible, no hay problema en entrar al apartamento antes de las 17 hrs , pero para eso tiene que estar el apartamento preparado tras la salida del cliente anterior.

Al ser el ultimo piso (14) le da durante casi todo el día el sol en la terraza por lo que seria conveniente poner cortinas que no dejen pasar la luz y el calor, ya que aun siendo septiembre a determinadas horas del día era imposible salir a la terrazsee more

Tener que pagar por ver la televisión, hoy en día es un atraso , no costaría nada poner televisores pequeños en vez de los grandes que hay y no cobrarlo, ademas si se hace un mal uso de ello existe la fianza.
Por lo demás, un apartamento ideal. Seguramente volvamos a repetir. |

Respecto al calor en el apartamento, ya hemos presentado 2 presupuestos de climatización al propietario y estamos esperando su respuesta. Respecto de la Tv, en el pasado dieron muchos problemas sobre todo con gente joven y los propietarios optaron por una empresa que las alquila y gestiona y se hace cargo de reparacionesy sustituciones, ya que de otra manera si nosotros llamamos a un servicio tecnico cuando surge un problema, el cliente está varios días sin TV. Esperamos contar con su visita en el futuro |

Mariscal 1: merçi par votre information, le robinet est dejá renové, le probléme electrique est reparé. Le wifi est un service suplementaire, et ainsi est explique sur notre web (barcelone et Paris ont un prix par jour plus chere que Benidorm). |
