L'immeuble offre une aire de stationnement commune et gratuite tant qu'il y a de l'espace disponible.

Cependant, à moins de 300 mètres du bâtiment, il existe des places privées payantes dans un parking public qui peuvent être réservées pendant des semaines, mais elles ont un coût supplémentaire.

Ser más selectivosLa gente que está allí alojada muy conflictiva y todos los días con problemas. La piscina es muy pequeña para la gente que tiene dentro bañándose y lo pequeña que es para ese edificio. Parking muy escaso de para un edificio. Ser más selectivo con la gente que lo alquila para que no haya esos problemas tanto en el edificio como en la piscina. Mejorar el parking yblel baño del apartamento muy deteriorado

En el edificio nosotros solo alquilamos 2 apartamentos, el parking y la piscina son servicios comunitarios gratuitos y dan de si lo que hizo el constructor, en agosto suele estar bastante ocupado por que es la temporada alta del año.

En cuanto a otros ocupantes conflictivos si nos notifican durante su estancia, nosotros avisamos al admimistrador del edificio para intente tomar las medidas oportunas.
