El sofá cama se podría renovar. Los enchufes son muy viejos. Las ventanas correderas cuesta moverlas, están para renovar. Y por supuesto, la taza del wc, super incómodo. También molesta mucho el ruido del toldo de la terraza cuando hace viento.
