Welcome to our cosy accommodation in Calpe! This charming apartment is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking for an unforgettable seaside holiday.
With capacity for 4 people, this 56 square metre space offers everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property stands out for being very bright and is located in a privileged location, practically next to the sea, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the shared swimming pool.

We have 2 bedrooms equipped with 3 beds in total: one double bed and two single beds, guaranteeing perfect rest for all our guests. They also have ceiling fans for added comfort

The apartment features 2 fully equipped bathrooms: one with a shower and another with a bathtub, providing comfort and flexibility for the whole family.
Kitchen
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals. It also includes a washing machine for greater convenience during your stay.
Air Conditioning
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and heat pump heating, ensuring your comfort throughout the year, regardless of the season. The bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Beautiful apartment on the first line of Arenal beach, with side sea views, in the Porto Azul residential complex. Modern and new with high-end furniture. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living-dining room with TV and 2 sofas, (a double sofa bed), bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen and terrace with views (the glazed terrace remains open in summer and closed in winter). Unbeatable location. It has air conditioning and WIFI.
Parking space included in the price.
Arenal-Bol beach has more than a kilometre of fine golden sand and transparent waters, dotted with small palm trees that give a special attractiveness to this urban beach, one of the most popular in Calpe. Enjoy its lively seafront promenade with countless services, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, etc. and shops of all kinds in a very well-kept and comfortable environment.
During the summer season, it has an adapted area with different services to facilitate bathing for people with reduced mobility.
