MODERN APARTMENT WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS OF THE SEA AND THE PEÑÓN DE IFACH
Recently renovated apartment located on the 14th floor of the Amatista building, about 50 meters from the Arenal Bol beach.
This cozy apartment consists of 2 exterior bedrooms, with brand new mattresses and built-in wardrobes. The main one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom; with two 90-meter single beds and a TV that will give independence to family guests.
In front of the bedrooms there is another fully complete bathroom with a bathtub and screen.
In the living room - dining room, it is a spacious and bright space, it has a good quality sofa bed, different lights that provide a warm atmosphere and communication with the outside terrace.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and all kinds of utensils necessary to make you feel like you are cooking at home. From the kitchen you can access the terrace-laundry room, with a washing machine and clothesline, a very comfortable space for these tasks.
The jewel of the apartment is the large, glazed terrace with two areas; one with chairs and an expandable table, and another with armchairs and a low table, ideal for having coffee or reading a book, with the impressive views of the Peñón de Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment has Fiber internet, hot-cold air conditioning through duct and uncovered parking in the same building.
The community pool is large and has a concierge and daily maintenance.

Es una pena que no haya aire acondicionado en el apartamento. A partir de mediados de junio hace demasiado calor y es difícil enfriar el apartamento. Instalar un sistema de aire acondicionado no es tan caro. Las tuberías ya están presentes. Por tantosee more

Esto supone un pequeño esfuerzo económico para el propietario y mayor comodidad para los inquilinos.
