Apartment 50 metres from Cala Cantal Roig, a small and peaceful beach located next to the fishing port and Peñón de Ifach. It has numerous restaurants and is ideal for visiting with children. Whilst sunbathing on Cantal Roig beach, you will be able to watch the boats arriving at the port after fishing, witness the fish auctions or taste local gastronomy in the surrounding restaurants.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 modern shower room, 1 independent and very spacious fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room and access to a terrace with beautiful views of Peñón de Ifach and the sea. It is also just a few metres from Playa de la Fossa, with fine golden sand and crystal-clear waters, a calm, family-friendly urban beach that offers all the amenities for a good day at the beach. From there you can enjoy an original view of Peñón de Ifach, from its lesser-known side with small patches of natural vegetation that slope down to the very edge of the beach.
It has a parking space in the same establishment, and there is the possibility of renting a second space. It has cold air conditioning, hot air conditioning and electric heating in the bedroom. The bus stop is right in front of the building!!!! As well as a Carrefour Express on the ground floor. PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
