Beatifull apartment located in Horta de Sta Maria with a exeptional location, just 200 mts from the cetre of Cambrils and the haurbour and just 50 mts from the beach.This excelent apartment is a new construction ( build 2007) has 2 bedrooms ( 1 doble bed, 2 single beds and sofa bed for 2 people) and capacity for 4 persons. Nicely furnished apartment , very modern decoration, and totally equipped, with views to the garden and to the swimming pool. It is located 200 m. from the bus station, 50 m. from the beach and it is located in a calm zone and next to the sea.
It has elevator, garden, garden furniture, terrace, air conditioning (heat/cold), air conditioning in the whole property, swimming pool communal. The independent kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils.

Fantastic seafront apartment with beautiful sea views. The Versailles apartment is a lovely front-facing sea apartment, with 2 double bedrooms, complete kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and large terrace with fabulous Mediterranean views.
The apartment has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms.
The complex is located facing the sea, surrounded by pine trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation.
It is the ideal apartment to spend fantastic family holidays.

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement que nous avons loué, la seule chose que je peux dire c´est que nous y sommes a restés assez longtemps, nous y serions bien resté une semaine de plus. Nous avons aussi appréciés la place dsee more

Nous avons aussi appréciés la place de garage pour la voiture très appréciable. Bref, séjour parafait avec un appartement parfait aussi, je pense que nous referons une location avec cet organisme. J´avais oublié de parler de la plage qui se trouve a 50 Mètres maximum de la location ce qui est vraiment plus qu´appréciable..

Je ne me prononcerais pas pour l´instant car c´est la première fois que nous prenons une location avec LITORAL mais je me réserve pour l´année prochaine car nous comptons bien relouer la même location que cette année.

El apartamento cumple perfectamente las expectativas, está próximo a la playa y es cómodo en todos los aspectos para viajar con dos niños pequeños. La piscina también es correcta e ideal para niños ya que sólo cubre 1,20 metros.

La limpieza del apartamento es fundamental y creo que se podría mejorar si se establecieran unos protocolos de revisión antes de dar las llaves a los nuevos inquilinos. Otra cosa que echamos de menos es que el kit de "utensilios de la casa" que te ofsee more

Me encato la situación del alojamiento a 100 m de todas las tiendas del puerto y de la playa. Fantástica terraza que daba a la piscina. Todo muy nuevo y la cocina excepcional. El trato con el personal perfecto, muy atentos.
