The apartments have 2 doble bedrooms, living dining room, kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub and the other with shower. Large terrace with view and access to the garden and pool area. They are in the ground-floor. The housing complex is situated in the Marinas Beach, at 5 km from Denia´s center and 1km from a supermarket.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante.
