Description
Rent a fully equipped, penthouse apartment in Denia, only 50 metres from the beautiful beach, with a capacity for 3 people. Each apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area with a bathroom. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen with all the applicances and kitchenware that you need to be completely independent during your holidays. The complex features gardens, a playground for children, a swimming pool, a paddle court and, if guests wish, there is also the option of renting a private garage space for the duration of their stay. These apartments are an ideal destination for families, couples and friends who want to escape the crowds and wish to spend a few days relaxing in the Mediterranean.
All of our apartments have easy access to the sea and therefore guests can enjoy walks along the coastline and days on the idyllic beaches of Dénia. The apartments are situated at only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Dénia which therefore provides plenty of opportunity to explore the many shops in the area, and to sample the local cuisine that the restaurants of Dénia have to offer. The Port is only 10 minutes away from the apartments, and this gives guests the options of taking day trips to the nearby islands of Formentera and Ibiza. For guests wishing to explore the area further afield, they can visit locations such as Marjal de Pego- Oliva, or the city of Valencia which is just under an hour away. Dénia really is in the perfect location for holidays of all types, from beach holidays to more busy ones exploring what the region has to offer.
