Perfectly located just 200 meters from the city center, 300 meters from the supermarket, 500 meters from the bus station, and a short walk of 600 meters to the sandy beach, you have everything within reach. Golf enthusiasts can practice at the Empordà Golf Club, located 9 km away. The Flaçà train station is 25 km away, and Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 55 km away.
The accommodation features an elevator for easy access, a 5 m² balcony, iron, safe for your valuables, air conditioning for your comfort (cooling and heating), a communal pool for a refreshing dip. There is external parking for 1 car. Entertainment is provided with a television, and internet access is available for an additional fee (€10/day).
The separate kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, is fully furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.
Bed sheets are included in the reservation, and you have the option to add towels for €5 per person. Please note that groups of teenagers are not allowed in this property.

Apartment number 5 is accessed from Cap de la Barra street. With a functional decoration, it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and a large terrace that directly overlooks the pool with beautiful sea views.
