La puerta del frigorífico tiene dañada la bandeja inferior de colocar botellas con lo que hay que colocar las botellas horizontales en las bandejas interiores lo cual a su vez supone andar con mucho cuidado al cerrar los tapones de las botellas e impide una utilización adecuada del frigo. La escalera de acceso a la planta superior es demasiado estrecha y pendiente, debiera al menos de ancharse un poco a pesar de la obra que supone sobretodo si hay niños. La descripción del apto debiera revisarse ya que no responde a la realidad en varios aspectos. Principalmente respecto del único baño que hay que está integrado dentro de la habitación principal lo que supone una dificultad significativa para ser usado por las otras personas residentes en el apto (hasta 6 personas) y tener que pasar por esa habitación para todo con las molestias que ello conlleva. El plato de la ducha es bastante plano y corto y no tiene un retenedor del agua de la ducha lo que hace que a pesar de la cortina se escape mucha agua y haya que estar poniendo toallas o similar para tratar de evitarlo con riesgo de que puedan generarse humedades al piso inferior.
