Welcome to our cozy 53m² apartment in Brisas del Mar, offering 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodating up to 6 people.

This lovely space includes a double bedroom and another with bunk beds, a well-appointed bathroom, an open kitchen connected to the living room, and a charming terrace. With the added convenience of a community pool and a parking space, you can relax and park your car with ease.

The apartment comes with an elevator, garden, a 5m² terrace, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning, a communal pool with a section for children, and open-air parking right in the same compound. Entertainment is covered with a TV. If needed, internet access can be arranged by the agency for an additional fee of 10€/day, subject to availability.


The open-plan kitchen, equipped with vitroceramic, offers a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, along with dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer for your culinary needs.

Centrally located in l'Estartit, this apartment is a mere 100 meters from the beach, ensuring you're close to shops, restaurants, and various services. Sheets are thoughtfully included in the rental price, and you have the option to add towels to your booking for a nominal fee of 5€ per person.

The Nàutic Apartments in Estartit are ideal for a family vacation or if you enjoy water sports such as diving, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling, paddle surfing... 🤿

This particular one is located on the third floor of the building, facing the harbor and the Estartit Yacht Club, a place to forget about the car and spend a holiday where you can walk everywhere: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, dive centers, and in the midst of the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava.

On the rooftop of the building, there is a communal pool and a children's pool with the best views of the Costa Brava. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person. There are stairs before accessing the building.

The Nàutic Apartments have an elevator from the first floor, as well as a pool, wifi, and air conditioning/heat pump. On the ground floor, there is the El Volanti Restaurant. There is no parking available. Wake up every morning with the best sea views in l'Estartit!
