The INFANTE 5º apartment is located in the centre of the maritime passage of Gandia, in the area of the Bayren Hotel and the Clot de la Mota park. In this beach area, the guest will be able to find everything necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to take the car. Services such as pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, clinic, ice cream parlours, etc., are located less than 3-5 minutes on foot.

The accommodation is located on the 5th floor, with a lift.

It consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, fully equipped American kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with shower and terrace with south orientation and side views of the beach and the seafront.

The building has a swimming pool with different depths, a children's pool, a solarium area next to the pool with showers, a tennis court, and a children's play area.

The apartment does not have parking but there is a public parking that the client can hire if needed 150 metres from the accommodation. (Except for the months of July and August, it is very easy to park on the street)

The area is lively but without noisy establishments, which is helped by the fact that the Gandia seafront promenade is currently almost pedestrian. Being a fairly central area, a car is not necessary to have a pleasant stay.

It consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped American kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with shower and terrace with views of the beach and the seafront promenade.

Located in: 1st beach line, in the Nautical Club area and terrace with front sea view.
