The apartment is completely renovated, with spectacular beach views, located on the first line of the beach, in the South area of the Gandía beach promenade, very close to the Nautical Club. It is a lively area but without too much noise, with all services very close such as cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and everything necessary for pleasant holidays without the need to take the car.
The accommodation is located on the 13th floor.
It consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 complete bathroom with shower, American-style kitchen and living room with terrace incorporated into the living room, it is like "living always on a terrace with sea views"
EQUIPPED WITH: Washing machine, fridge, Television, microwave, hob, iron and ironing board.

This is a quiet area with all the necessary services for a comfortable stay, the guest will be able to find everything needed without the need to take the car.
It consists of: 1 bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub and terrace with direct views of the beach and seafront promenade.
The building has a large swimming pool with different depths + children's pool, solarium area, children's play area, pergolas and tennis court.

The apartment does not have parking but there is a public parking lot that the client will be able to hire if needed.
