The accommodation is located on the 4th floor, with elevator.
It consists of: 1 bedroom with a double bed, living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, fully equipped American kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with shower and spacious terrace with awning, has side views of the beach and the seafront promenade.
The building has a swimming pool with different depths, a children's pool, a solarium area next to the pool with showers, a tennis court, and a children's play area.
