The apartment is located in the centre of the Gandia seafront promenade, (just a few metres from the Bayren Hotel). It is a quiet area but without too much noise and with all services such as cafés, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and everything necessary for a pleasant holiday without the need to take the car.

El aire acondicionado en todas las estancias es absolutamente imprescindible para el calor sofocante que hace allí y la piscina es un desahogo perfecto para el chapuzón de vuelta de la playa y para un ratito de relax.

No está bien preparado para el descanso de 5 personas. La cama de matrimonio es minúscula para un hombre de 1,88 y una mujer media. El colchón de la cama supletoria es malo incluso para la espalda de un niño y el sofá no es sofá cama con lo que hemossee more

El colchón de la cama supletoria es malo incluso para la espalda de un niño y el sofá no es sofá cama con lo que hemos pasado los 15 días durmiendo en la cama de matrimonio mi hijo pequeño y yo y mi marido maldurmiendo en el sofá con las consecuencias de cero intimidad y falta de sueño y descanso para los tres. En relación a la terraza prácticamente no la hemos podido utilizar del calor sofocante que hay en ella que no se soluciona abriendo las puertas del salón. Por lo demás, la limpieza de baños, ventanas, bajo camas y armarios y menaje de cocina podría mejorar y pintar el aparamento sería un gran acierto.
