Luxury apartment in the heart of the City of Gandía, 10km far from the beach, perfect for a cultural, gastronomic and beachholiday getaway, because we have a beach of fine sand not to be missed.

We have equipped it with all the details that characterize a Premium apartment taking care of every element of the decoration and spoiling all aspects of comfort that will make your stay unforgettable.

The large living room stands out as the main area of the house, bright through its three windows. Upon entering you will find a relaxation area, with a 50 ”Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a very comfortable sofa, where you can watch a good movie.

We have an American kitchen fully integrated in the decoration and with some stools for breakfast or have a drink with the rest of your family or friends.

We have set a long table for up to 8 people by the window and if you come to Gandia for work, we wanted to make you a corner with a desk by the window where you can prepare your meeting.

The corner of the bottom, is a very special point to have a good tea or coffee and relax reading one of your books.

We have a bathroom with shower in the living room / dining room and another that share the main double bedroom and the doble bedroom. And finally we have a small room, but no less cool, with a bunk bed with 190x90cm beds.
You can park the car in the parking lot that is right in front that has a fee of € 5 for 24 hours, and also a very cheap minute rate.

Come and discover Gandia, visit the Palau Ducal dels Borgia, The House of Culture known as Casa de la Marquesa, the Convent of Sant Jeroni de Cobalta, visit Xátiva and its castle, Altea, ... there is so much to discover.

The Fallas de Gandia or La Semana Santa of Gandia that has been named Festival of National Tourist Interest or our Fira i Festes de Gandia.

We recommend many of the restaurants of Gandia that you should not miss, because you cannot go without tasting the international dish of Gandia: La fideua de Gandia.

And enjoy the magnificent Playa de Gandia, with fine sand and awarded with the distinctive blue flag beach, and its Chiringuitos, which aren´t of cultural interest but are highly recommended.

AMERICAS I Apartments, located in the center of Gandia beach, just 80 meters from the beach. Right in front of Clot de La Mota park, it is an ideal area for families who do not want to use a car during their holidays, as within less than 3 minutes on foot you can find services such as: pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, tennis club, children's park and of course sports courts and various activities on the beach.

CONSISTS OF: 2 bedrooms with two beds each, living room with extra bed, fully equipped independent kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub and LARGE terrace

WE PROVIDE: Bed linen, shower and hand towels (not beach towels), kitchen cloths, crockery and kitchen utensils.
