The apartment is located on the first line of the beach, in the South area of the seafront promenade of Gandía beach, very close to the Nautical Club. It is a lively area but without too much noise, with all services very close such as cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and everything necessary for pleasant holidays without the need to take the car.
