It is a lively area but without nearby pubs or discos. All services such as cafés, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, and restaurants can be found within a 3-minute walk.
Consists of: 1 double bedroom with two single beds, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped American kitchen, 1 complete bathroom with bathtub, glazed terrace and spectacular views of the beach and maritime passage.
Glazed terrace with a front view of the sea (the terrace forms a chamfer).

El apartamento necesita un lavado de cara. En las fotos se ve que en la terraza hay unas cortinas para poder quitar el sol, pero la verdad es que no hay nada, así que el rato de sol la terraza es un cocedero. Un aire acondicionado no estaría mal.
