The house has 2 floors:
Ground floor: we find the kitchen, living room, 2 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. From the kitchen, access is given to the balcony with views of the Urdabai Nature Reserve.
First floor: a diaphanous area, which has a living area and another bedroom area, another double room and a bathroom.

- Urdaibai Bird Center: A bird observatory and interpretation center where you can learn about the biodiversity of the reserve.
- Hermitage of San Pedro de Atxarre: Located on Mount Atxarre (312 m), it offers one of the best panoramic views of the Urdaibai estuary.
- Nearby beaches within 5 min: The beaches of Laida, Laga, located a short distance away, are ideal for water sports such as surfing, kayaking and sailing. Even closer is the secret beach of Kanala.
