Modern style, 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a 150cm double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, one of them with a sofa bed for one person 80x190. There are 3 bathrooms, one of them in a suite room. Fully equipped and very spacious living room-kitchen-dining room. Sofa bed in the living room 140x200. Television in all rooms.
The entire property will be available for guests
We will always be available for any needs. One of our priorities is the comfort of the guest and the immediacy in responses and solutions
Apartment in the centre of Gijón, beach 500 metres away, supermarkets and shops nearby.
It is located just a few metres from the bus station, a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 2-minute walk from the main city bus stop. Close to bicycle, electric car, motorcycle and scooter rental stations. It is within walking distance of most of Gijón's points of interest
Smoking is not allowed in the property, pets are not allowed, parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited. The rules of coexistence with the other neighbours must be respected and special care must be taken when moving around the common areas. The property has a noise detector with a warning to the police in case of excessive noise above the permitted limits
