The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Gijón and its surroundings, it is located in the Laviada neighbourhood, just next to the centre of Gijón and with many services. It has supermarkets next to the apartment. It is a quiet and safe area, with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. and very close to Gijón's beaches, 8' walking from Poniente beach and 15' from San Lorenzo beach.

La estancia en el piso estuvo agradable en general. Sin embargo creemos que se podría mejorar: - la limpieza, el piso estaba un poco sucio cuando llegamos (sobre todo los baños). - la calefacción, debería poder ajustarla los clientes, o que al menos see more

Sin embargo creemos que se podría mejorar: - la limpieza, el piso estaba un poco sucio cuando llegamos (sobre todo los baños). - la calefacción, debería poder ajustarla los clientes, o que al menos esté a una temperatura más agradable. - faltaba cubertería y trapos en la cocina. - el baño pequeño olía muy fuerte a tubería y el olor no desapareció de toda la semana. En general hemos estado cómodos, pero pensamos que no se merece un 5/5.
