Duplex apartment in the centre of l'Escala and a few metres from the sea.This apartment has a nice communal area with swimming pool and garden and parking for one car.The interior is delicately decorated and has all the necessary comfort for some excellent holidays.As we enter the apartment, on the left we find the fully equipped kitchen, on the right the living-dining room with a fireplace and access to a terrace with beautiful views. On this level we find a master bedroom, a bathroom and a bedroom/study with two additional beds.Through some stairs we access the upper level of the duplex where we find the main bedroom with a large bathroom with bathtub and shower and a terrace with total privacy.L'Escala is a fantastic destination on the Costa Brava for a well-deserved holiday. It has the essence of an authentic fishing village while also featuring beautiful and sophisticated restaurants and shops. Get lost in its streets and enjoy the charm of the Costa Brava!
