On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex. The property includes a covered parking space in the same building, which eliminates the stress of looking for a space and protects the vehicle from the sun. Being a low density residential area and elevated to ensure views, the use of a car is necessary to move with agility to the Balcon de Europa or the Nerja Caves.
