On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex. The connection to the motorway is immediate, making it easy to visit the nearby villages or the centre of Nerja.

Logistic access and private parking
The property includes a covered parking space in the same building, which eliminates the stress of looking for a space and protects the vehicle from the sun. Being a low density residential area and elevated to ensure views, the use of a car is necessary to move with agility to the Balcon de Europa or the Nerja Caves.
