The apartment can accommodate 4 people and has a very comfortable layout. Upon entering, the kitchen is located on the left with a bar-style table, which is integrated into a living-dining room equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a television. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a toilet and a main bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a double bed and sea views, allowing you to wake up to the sound of the waves.

The living room connects to a private terrace that maintains the same infinite panoramic view. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the sea breeze in complete privacy. The building also offers access to a communal swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols, providing a refreshing and peaceful alternative to the sandy beach, which is practically on your doorstep.

Logistics and parking in the centre of Nerja

Important information about access: We would like to inform our guests that the building's lift is temporarily out of service, so access to this third floor is via stairs. As for parking, the property does not have a private parking space; we recommend the Plaza de España Public Car Park (about 600 metres away) or looking for parking in the vicinity of El Chucho Beach to facilitate logistics.
