Located in the exclusive Capistrano Playa urbanization, this 2-bedroom apartment (1 double bed and 2 single beds) is the perfect destination for summer vacations. It has a large private terrace with spectacular views of Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has a spacious living room, a full kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower.
Capistrano Playa is a picturesque urbanization with typical Andalusian style houses surrounding an ornamental lake with plants and fish. It is located on the top of a hill, so it enjoys wonderful views of the sea and Burriana beach from a privileged position. The apartment is a short walk from Burriana Beach, where you can get there by a path and stairs that go through the pretty gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the entire complex is closed to non-residents. Restaurants and other services are nearby and the center of Nerja is about 20 minutes away on foot, although there is a bus stop on the same street.
The apartment's TV only has foreign satellite channels. Also, this apartment is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
We can organize airport pick-up and you have the possibility of ordering a Welcome Pack if you arrive at a later time.
Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
