Both bedrooms have double beds with high-quality mattresses and ample storage space, a layout that works just as well for a family with older children as it does for two couples. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing full meals. Air conditioning with heating and cooling functions and Wi-Fi are included. The apartment also has an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

It is the fifth floor that gives the sea views and mountain views from the balcony their true value: with no buildings in front and a wide field of view in both directions. Burriana beach is 400 metres away. The Balcón de Europa is 1 km away. Potters pub is located within the complex itself. The Parador Area is one of the most central parts of Nerja, with restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity.

Parking and Access in the Zona Parador

The complex has free private parking with limited spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis, with no fixed allocation. Availability is not guaranteed during high season. The building has a lift, which makes it easier to access the fifth floor with luggage.

Important information: A parking space is not guaranteed: it is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and may be occupied on arrival during the high season. Access to the swimming pool may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance or cleaning work.

Pool information: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until 31 October. On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex.
