This south-looking apartment also has large open corner terrace with dining area and several sun loungers, and a large pergola with retractable awning, making it ideal for alfresco dinners or sunbathing whilst enjoying great sea views. This apartment in the Rubarsal building has an ideal location, just at the beginning of the Burriana beachfront strip and 50 metres away from the beach, making it the perfect choice if you are planning to enjoy Nerja’s summer with your partner or family. Parking won’t be a problem, as there is a parking spot inside the building included, and you will be glad to know that this apartment comes with air conditioning throughout the house. Also, if you are a large family or group, you will be happy to know that the apartment on the floor below is also available for rent.

This apartment caught the best of the day´s sunshine ( rising over the distant hills, coastline cliffs and down across the sea ) from sunrise to sunset. The outdoor balcony which spread around the entire apartment had ample seating and lounge chairs for sun bathers. We found the apartment to be clean and bright. for a small fee it could also be air conditioned as needed.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit kurzer Nähe zum Strand und den Lokalen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und können sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Sehr wichtig für uns war bei dieser Lage die Tiefgarage, da die Parkplätze durch den nasee more
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit kurzer Nähe zum Strand und den Lokalen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und können sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Sehr wichtig für uns war bei dieser Lage die Tiefgarage, da die Parkplätze durch den nahen Strand sehr schnell belegt sind. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch die große Terrasse mit Sonnen- und Schattenseite war vorteilhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
