Fabulous 3-bedroom apartment in Capistrano Playa exclusive urbanization. It has 1 double bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds in another bedroom, 1 single bed in a third bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing a total of 6 guests. The apartment enjoys 2 large private terraces, both with stunning views of Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has an open kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
Capistrano Playa is a gorgeous urbanization with typical Andalusian houses surrounding a large ornamental lake with plants and fishes. It is located on top of a hill, so it enjoys amazing views of the sea and Burriana beach from a privileged position. The apartment is a short walk away from the Burriana beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the whole area is closed to anyone who is not a resident there. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street.
We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered.
Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Wir wurden sehr nett an der Wohnung begrüßt. Als wir Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck in den Duschen hatte wurde sofort ein Handwerker bestellt und es konnten die Duschen repariert werden.

We were in the apartment for 2 months and never got tired of the beautiful view. The apartments are not prefect but the responsive service by Casasol more than makes up for things. We had a few teething problems the internet router when we arrived, bsee more
We were in the apartment for 2 months and never got tired of the beautiful view. The apartments are not prefect but the responsive service by Casasol more than makes up for things. We had a few teething problems the internet router when we arrived, but Zak came up to the apartment late that very evening with a replacement router that worked perfectly. We had a small issue on Christmas Eve and again someone dropped by within the hour to address the issue. It made us very happy and we will return :)
