Bien situado, pero con muchos peros. La limpieza muy mal, los armarios sucios con comida de los anteriores, por debajo del sofá había cosas como una lima de uñas, mucho polvo y arena. El baño con moho por la humedad. Necesita una reforma ya.

La comoda de una habitacion estaba rota, el suelo de otra estaba casi casi levantado y no se podia pisar, en la cocina tambien habia desperfectos, la cama de la habitacion de dos camas el colchon era mas grande que el somier. Esta bien recibir el dinero, pero tambien invertir en los pisos.
