Description
Small and comfortable accommodation on the first floor (no lift). It has a bedroom with a triple bunk bed, another with a double bed. The latter with a ceiling fan. Small and practical bathroom with shower tray. The common area, where you will spend most of your time, consists of a living and dining area, next to the kitchen with a central island, with a large window and access to a small balcony with views of the iconic sheds of the port of Gandia.
Beautiful apartment, fully renovated this spring, where you can enjoy fabulous holidays. Offers air conditioning in the living-dining room, and WIFI service.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
The beach of Gandia with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine, white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running or beach sports.
It offers restaurants, bars and beach bars throughout the year. It also has children's areas and activities for children.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
