Cozy apartment on the second line of Gandía Beach, located in the ROMA V building, 2nd floor with elevator. Offers three bedrooms, one double bed and three single beds. One bathroom with shower tray, large renovated kitchen, and living room with access to a nice east-facing terrace with awning. It has air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and three bedrooms. Includes parking space. Located in the North area of Gandía Beach, residential zone, near all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Pets are not allowed. Capacity 5/6 people. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (biweekly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after reviewing the apartment, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable. In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet. Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during peak season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.

Offers three double bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub, independent kitchen with access to a laundry gallery, living room with access to a spacious Southeast-facing terrace with awnings and fabulous sea views. Includes parking space. Capacity for 6 people. There is a beautiful community pool. It is located in the Central-Southern area of Gandía Beach, a residential zone, in the vicinity of all types of services, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 10 kg. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
