Cosy apartment on the second line of Playa de Gandia is on the third floor (with lift). It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two beds. A renovated bathroom with shower tray. Kitchen also renovated with access to a small gallery. Offers AC in the living-dining room, spacious terrace with furniture. Includes parking space and fibre optic internet service.
Building located in the centre of Playa de Gandia, surrounded by supermarkets, bars/restaurants, leisure areas...
Pets are allowed upon request.
YOUNG GROUPS (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and eviction of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the eviction time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after apartment review, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of €5/night/pet.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH AREA, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
Also, near the commercial port, there is a small and family-friendly beach, Venecia beach, which is worth a visit!
