El edificio CANTABRIA está situado a cien metros de la arena. Ofrece una bonita zona comunitaria con frondosos jardines y acogedora piscina. Está situado en la zona CENTRO de la Playa de Gandía, entre el hotel Bayren y la Colonia Ducal. En sus inmediaciones hay todo tipo de servicios.
Apartamento situado en décima planta (con ascensor), tiene terraza de orientación Este con toldo/cortina desde donde se dicfrutan unas fabulosas vistas al mar. Tiene dos dormitorios dobles (ambos con ventiladores de techo), salón con sofá-cama, cocina independiente totalmente equipada y un cuarto de baño reformado con plato de ducha. Incluye plaza de garaje y servicio WIFI..
El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!
Capacidad 4/5 personas. No se admiten grupos de gente joven. Se admiten mascotas bajo petición, peso máximo 12 kg. (conlleva suplemento 5 €/noche/mascota).
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos o perdida de llaves. Está se devolverá a la devolución de las llaves trás la revisión del apartamento.
La playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, al igual que gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios.

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after apartment review, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.
