Playa de Gandía - Apartment

Las mascotas se admiten bajo consulta y petición, coste de 5€/día, peso maximo 10kg.
Apartamento estudio en primera línea de la Playa de Gandia, situado en 9ª planta con vistas fabulosas al mar y a la playa. Orientación Este-Sureste. Tiene un dormitorio doble con armario empotrado, un baño con plato de ducha, práctica cocina office al salón-comedor. La terraza está completamente acristalada e integrada en el apartamento. Tiene servicio WIFI INCLUIDO. El edificio cuenta con piscina comunitaria con charco infatil acotada, zonas comunes con columpios y pista de tenis. Está situado en primera línea, a un paso del paseo marítimo, entre el hotel Bayren y la Colonia Ducal. En sus inmediaciones hay todo tipo de servicios.
Amueblado práctica y funcionalmente, y provisto de lavadora, microondas y televisor. Incluye ropa de cama y toallas. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!
Capacidad 2/4 personas. No se admiten grupos de gente joven.
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, está se devolverá a la devolución de las llaves después de la revisión del apartamento.
La playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, al igual que gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios.
Incluye cambio ropa de cama quincenal.

Studio apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the 4th floor with fabulous views of the sea and the beach. Apartment with East-Southeast orientation, as well as the terrace. It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with shower tray, practical kitchen office leading to the living-dining room. The latter has access to a large terrace of 14 m2 where you will spend most of the day enjoying the views. WIFI service INCLUDED. Capacity 2/4 people.

The building has a communal swimming pool, common areas with swings and tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and the Ducal Colony. In its surroundings, there are all types of services.

Pets are not allowed.
YOUNG GROUPS (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ADMITTED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of €5/night/pet.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
