Residential located 280 metres from the fine sandy beach, in the Northern area of Gandia beach, a quiet and residential area guaranteeing rest. Impeccable apartment, with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (bath/shower), furnished to enjoy comfortable and relaxing holidays. South-North orientation, all exterior except bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, window with views of the swimming pool and common areas. Spacious living-dining room, from where access is gained to the sunny South terrace (with awnings/curtains) from where to enjoy fabulous views daily. Offers WIFI service, a lovely communal swimming pool with a cordoned children's pool, extensive landscaped common areas, playground area for children, Street-Basketball and tennis court.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
