Maravilloso apartamento en primera línea de la Playa de Gandia. Treceava planta con fabulosas vistas desde la terraza de orientación Este frontal al mar. Ofrece un dormitorio doble (dos camas 90x190) con armario empotrado, un baño reformado con plato de ducha, práctica y moderna cocina con lavavajillas. Salón-comedor con salida a una acogedora terraza, desde la cual vemos el paseo marítimo Neptuno, la playa y en un día claro la siluetea de la isla de Ibiza. Equipado con WIFI internet, lavadora, TV y microondas. Ventiladores de techo en salón y dormitorio. Capacidad 3/4 personas. Cambio de sábanas quincenal.
El edificio DON XIMO cuenta con piscina con charco infantil acotado. Situado en el centro de la Playa de Gandía, en el complejo Aquarium, en sus inmediaciones todas las comodidades y servicios necesarios.
NO SE ADMITEN GRUPOS DE GENTE JOVEN en edades inferiores a treinta años. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS.
La playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, la pendiente de entrada al agua es suave, ideal para los peques y los más mayores. Hay gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios.
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos o perdida de llaves. O bien abonar un seguro de accidentes por 28 €. La fianza se devolverá 24/48 horas trás la salida, la devolución de las llaves y después la revisión del apartamento.

Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after apartment review, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.
