Description
The Altamar Duplex Building is located at the northern end of Gandia beach (Paseo Neptuno 95), first line of the beach, situated in one of the most sought-after and tranquil areas of this beach. A step away from Navarra square (with swings for children), and the Temple square, where there are several tree-lined areas and more leisure for children and adults. The common areas offer a lake-pool and a small, shallow children's pool, surrounded by landscaped areas and shade, and two tennis courts.
The apartment in question, located on the first floor (with lift), on the upper floor where accommodation is accessed, has an independent kitchen, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower tray, large living room and dining room, and a beautiful terrace with views of the sea, the beach and the residential common areas. On the lower floor, there are three double bedrooms, bathroom with shower tray and a second terrace accessible from one of the bedrooms. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently renovated (2023 and 2024). South orientation. Includes garage parking space.

YOUNG GROUP NOT ACCEPTED (ages under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Es un piso espacioso con buena ubicación, nos gustó mucho la urbanización pero los colchones eran malos, tuvimos qué pedir menaje de cocina porque no había suficiente y en general la casa necesita una reforma, está todo muy antiguo.
