Espectacular apartamento de un dormitorio la Playa de Gandia amueblado con mucho gusto y clase, con aire acondicionado y calefacción tanto en el salón como en el dormitorio, situado en 3ª planta, con 2 camas en el dormitorio, amplio salón con sofá cama muy cómodo, y una gran terraza redonda con vistas al jardín, piscinas y zonas deportivas. Apartamento fresco de orientación Norte, así también la terraza acristalada. Cuenta con un baño con bañera. Práctica cocina con vitro cerámica. El edificio cuenta con piscina comunitaria tanto para niños como para adultos, zonas comunes ajardinadas y dos pistas de tenis. Está situado a 250 metros de la arena, cerca de Supermercados, restaurantes, del puerto, y muy cerca del conocido Paseo Rosa de los vientos. Capacidad 2/3 personas.
Amueblado práctica y funcionalmente, y provisto de lavadora, microondas, tostadora y televisor. Incluye ropa de cama y toallas. No es un estándar la olla a presión, ni la batidora; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!

A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de entre 150 € y 400 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, está se devolverá a la devolución de las llaves después de la revisión del apartamento.
La playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, al igual que gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios.
Incluye cambio ropa de cama quincenal.

Studio apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the 4th floor with fabulous views of the sea and the beach. Apartment with East-Southeast orientation, as well as the terrace. It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom with a shower tray, a practical kitchen office leading to the living-dining room. The latter has access to a large terrace of 14 m2 where you will spend most of the day enjoying the views. It has WIFI service and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Capacity 2/4 people.
The building has a communal swimming pool, common areas with swings and tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and the Ducal Colony. In its surroundings, there are all kinds of services.

YOUNG GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED (under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after inspection of the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of €7/night/pet.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
