The Los Dorados building is located 350 m from the fine sand of Gandía beach, in the NORTH area, a residential zone near all types of services.
It offers a nice communal swimming pool.
Apartment on the second floor (with lift). It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with bunk beds. One full bathroom with bathtub. Offers AC in the living-dining room, and has ceiling fans in the main bedroom and living-dining room.
An open kitchen to the living-dining room, American style, equipped with oven, microwave and gas hob.
Cosy east-facing terrace, with table and chairs furniture. Capacity 4 people.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
NO YOUNG GROUPS (under thirty years old) ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
In case of bringing pets, they must pay a supplement of €5/night/pet.
Gandía beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a great variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a virgin beach without buildings in the North area, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
