Description
Fifth floor apartment with two terraces. One of them accessible from the master bedroom, and the second one accessible from the living room. Both with awnings. The main one faces East (fronting the seafront) with fabulous views of the beach and also of the pools and their surroundings. It offers a kitchen with access to a gallery-laundry room, a large living-dining room, two bathrooms (both with bathtub) and four bedrooms. Total of five single beds and one double bed. Ceiling fans in all rooms except the single bedroom. Offers WIFI service. Capacity 7/8 people. Pets not allowed. NO YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD ARE ALLOWED.
Upon key collection, a €150 deposit must be paid to cover any possible damage or loss of keys. Optionally, they can take out insurance for €28. The deposit will be refunded 24/48 hours after the return of the keys and after the apartment has been inspected.
The apartments are equipped with bed linen (fortnightly change) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 washroom/bath).
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during high season, the slope of the water entrance is gentle, ideal for the little ones and the elderly. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.

Tiene una bonita piscina rodeada de jardines, y una pista de tenis. Incluye plaza de garaje. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS. Incluye ropa de cama (cambio quincenal) y toallas (cuatro de baño y dos de aseo). No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla! Capacidad 6/7 personas. Kitchen with access to a gallery-laundry room, spacious living-dining room, from where you can access the glazed terrace (with awnings) with fabulous views. Offers a beautiful community pool with a delimited children's pool and shower area, it also has a tennis court. Capacity for 6 people. Includes parking space. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable. In case of bringing pets, they must pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet. The beach of Gandia offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
