Description
The MYKONOS IV building located in the North area of Gandia Beach, just one hundred metres from the sand, in a residential area near the Tres Anclas hotel and close to all types of services.
The apartment has three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, a renovated bathroom with a shower tray, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with access to a Southeast-facing terrace with a side awning and a South-facing awning, from which you will enjoy fabulous views! It offers WIFI service and a communal swimming pool. Capacity 4 people. Pets are not allowed.
NO YOUNG GROUPS ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. A pressure cooker or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.

Espectacular apartamento en primera línea de la Playa de Gandia. Tercera planta con vistas espectaculares, tanto al paseo marítimo, a la playa como al mar. Ofrece terraza fresca de orientación Norte, dos dormitorios dobles con armarios empotrados, dos baños con bañera, cocina amplia e independiente y salón-comedor. El edificio ofrece piscina comunitaria con charco infantil acotado. Situado en el centro de la Playa de Gandía, entre la Colonia Ducal y el Hotel Bayren, en sus inmediaciones todas las comodidades y servicios necesarios.
El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!
Capacidad 4/5 personas. No se admiten grupos de gente joven.
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos o perdida de llaves. Está se devolverá a la devolución de las llaves trás la revisión del apartamento.
La renombrada playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta cubierto por Cruz Roja, la entrada al agua tiene una pendiente suave ideal para los peques y los más mayores. Hay un sin fin de chiringuitos de playa, y encontrarán gran variedad de restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, tiendas de souvenirs y otros muchos servicios.
Incluye cambio ropa de cama quincenal.
