The MYKONOS IV building located in the North area of Gandia Beach, just one hundred metres from the sand, in a residential area near the Tres Anclas hotel and close to all types of services.
The apartment has three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, a renovated bathroom with a shower tray, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with access to a Southeast-facing terrace with a side awning and a South-facing awning, from which you will enjoy fabulous views! It offers WIFI service and a communal swimming pool. Capacity 4 people. Pets are not allowed.
NO YOUNG GROUPS ARE ADMITTED (under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. A pressure cooker or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
